The Reemergence of the Canadian Action Party; the Reformation of Canada PDF Print E-mail
October 18, 2009
Many of those in the freedom, sovereignty, and truth movements have felt that no political party truly represents their own views on society. Corruption is the norm in politics no matter what the size of the party. To counteract this, the freedom, sovereignty, and truth movements need to unite in an organized front to combat the self serving interests of so many corporately funded parties. We, the Executive of the Canadian Action Party, are positioning the party to serve as a political vehicle for the freedom, sovereignty, and truth movements.
The Canadian Action Party has always had a strong position on monetary policy (using the Bank of Canada for government created money) and the protection of sovereignty (abrogating NAFTA). It has always advocated resisting the corporatist model of exploitation which destroys the quality of life for most of us through unrestrained global investment. Our newer policies extend these concerns and align the party closely to freedom, sovereignty, and truth movements. Prior to the leadership of Melissa Brade, the Canadian Action Party has operated at arm's length from them and has had no direct relationship with some of the most important communities within Canada.

We as a party are dedicated to dismantling ages of corruption and self interest and forming policies that truly represent freedom, sovereignty, and truth. This is NOT a process that can be done by the Executive, nor the Candidates alone. The strength of this movement needs to come from the citizens and activists who dedicate their lives to bettering the condition of mankind. Much of the necessary knowledge and skills needed for a reformation exists within this country’s borders. The desire and the will are present; the need is urgent. We need to develop an effective organization across Canada.

To bring about truly representational change within a vast and diverse society such as ours it is imperative that a vast and diverse league of citizens unite. The Canadian Action Party is NOT an organization that has all the answers. We are an assembly where the answers can be proposed, debated, scrutinized and finally put into action. You are invited to share this work with us, so that we can find answers that will work for all Canadians. What Canada has now works only for global corporations.

In the past, this party has not achieved the grass roots participation needed to effect change. The Canadian Action Party needs to be a gathering point for the world’s greatest ideas, investigators, and activists. The necessary framework is currently being built. The individuals who have the world changing ideas need to step forward. Together we will defend our freedom, sovereignty, and honest perception of the truth.

Future societies will use our ideals as a benchmark for true national and individual sovereignty. Together we will write the definitions for words like freedom, sovereignty, and truth. These are more that just words. They will form the foundation of the new society which we need to build.

To accomplish this, we first need to run candidates in every federal riding in Canada. We need to build Constituency Associations in every federal riding in Canada. We need to unite the ideas, investigators, and activists in every federal riding in Canada. We need leaders to step up and promote freedom, sovereignty, and truth in every federal riding in Canada.

We have the will, passion, and ideas; now we need to inform the rest of Canada of our will for freedom, our passion for sovereignty, and our ideas of truth. Let the Canadian Action Party carry the message in the fight for knowledge, for freedom, and for sovereignty.

#1 Geopolitical Realism 2010-01-04 04:34
The Canadian Action Party needs to have a workable strategy to achieve its aims. While many of us speak of the problems of Corporatism, we are having challenges imagining the structure of a society that is a real alternative to what we have. There is recognition that many of the political structures we have learned about seem destined to fail and so we are led to believe that while what we have is imperfect, it seems to offer the greatest freedoms and stability, not to mention a substantial middle class.

The geopolitical reality is that Canada essentially exists as a sovereign state in name only and the reality is we are a subordinate state that exists under the American (or multinational corporate)hegem ony. If Canadians were to elect the Canadian Action Party as the government, chances are we'd have the American military at our doorstep in one form or another. So, the average Canadian doesn't want to upset the apple cart. While he may be watching the erosion of the middle class, he's willing to hold on to what he has, the known, until it is finally pryed from his grasp. Canadian sovereignty is a secondary priority compared to financial well being.

While we speak of envisioning a new paradigm of Canadianism and independence, I think CAP needs to be involved in grass roots efforts to transform our society while not losing sight of the goal to be the government. As the party grows and gains the trust of Canadians, perhaps a realistic strategy may emerge of how we might manage such an enormous country with such a relatively small population with the world superpower breathing down our necks.

I'm confident this can happen, but only if we begin to make a difference on the ground and thereby prove our worth as being an effective instrument of change.

Can you give us an example of answers proposed, debated and scrutinized? We have seen nothing but secretive meetings of a junta which is a closed systems quite unprepared to even disclose their membership.
